EAR TAXI FESTIVAL & NEW MUSIC CHICAGO ANNOUNCE 2025 TAXI PERFORMANCE LINE UP

Chicago, IL (April 11, 2025) – The 2025 Ear Taxi Festival leadership are proud to announce 17 Illinois-based performance ensembles who will perform during the festival.

Taking place between October 3-31, 2025, the Festival brings together vocal and instrumental artists to collaborate on new commissions, operatic performances, orchestral and choral works, chamber music, artist talks, and much more.

Selected from nearly 100 applicants, the 2025 ensemble roster represents bold musical thinking and rich artistic diversity. All performance ensembles are Illinois-based and roughly 2/3 of the spots are highlighting ensembles new to Ear Taxi Festival.
